Why I Started Coastal Collective Group

— And What It Really Stands For

Charleston is growing fast — and so is the number of real estate agents trying to make their mark in the Lowcountry. But I didn’t create Coastal Collective Group to blend in. I built it because I saw a gap — not in the number of agents, but in the quality of service, the consistency of strategy, and the culture behind the work.

Real estate isn’t just about homes. It’s about people, timing, and trust — and most teams don’t treat it that way.

I wanted to build a team that was grounded, collaborative, and values-driven. One that understood Charleston’s neighborhoods inside and out — from the flood zones in Mount Pleasant to the hidden gems on James Island — and knew how to navigate each transaction with clarity, confidence, and care.

That’s where Coastal Collective Group was born.

What the Name Really Means

Every part of the name matters.

Coastal – Because this is home. We represent the Charleston lifestyle — the salt in the air, the historic charm, the modern growth. From Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island to Downtown, Sullivan’s to Seabrook, we know this market because we live it.

Collective – Because no one wins alone. We’re a group of diverse professionals who work together, challenge each other, and support one another to deliver a higher standard — not just for ourselves, but for our clients.

Group – Because this is bigger than one person. We’re building a scalable platform that attracts clients and agents who want more — more impact, more training, more direction, and more connection.

Why I Built This

I’ve seen how inconsistent this industry can be. Some clients get the white-glove treatment. Others get lost in the shuffle. Some agents get real support. Others are left figuring it out on their own.

I created CCG to change that — to raise the bar and offer something real.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Clients get sharp advice, consistent communication, and zero pressure. We guide, we don’t push.
  • Agents get mentorship, structure, and marketing that’s actually built for 2025 — not just a fancy logo.
  • Charleston gets a real estate team that plays the long game, puts people first, and understands what makes this market special.

What We Actually Do (and Do Well)

  • Charleston residential real estate – We help clients buy and sell homes in Mount Pleasant, James Island, Isle of Palms, Downtown Charleston, and beyond.
  • Luxury properties – We’ve worked with clients in Old Village, I’On, Sullivan’s Island, and Daniel Island. If it’s custom, high-end, or off-market — we’ve been a pivotal part of it.
  • Land acquisition and new construction – We help buyers secure buildable lots and connect them with vetted builders across the Lowcountry.
  • Relocation – Moving to Charleston from out of state? We make it simple, from school zoning to short-term rentals while you shop.
  • Military and VA buyers – I’m a Marine — we understand PCS, VA loans, and the unique timeline pressures of military families.

The Bigger Picture

Coastal Collective Group is about alignment. Not just flashy numbers or quick closings — but people who want to do this business the right way, long-term.

If you're:

  • A buyer who wants to feel informed instead of overwhelmed
  • A seller who wants their home marketed like it matters
  • An agent who’s tired of the noise and wants to be part of a real team

We built this for you.
